Got the paperwork and it shows that a diesel oil change was done but I was assured that the correct oil and filter were put in but he couldn't generate correct paperwork, then this morning my tire pressure sensors went off and I have now realized that the tire pressure sensors were not taken care of when tires were rotated. Now I get to make another stop for them to fix that.

Always great service at Amery Chev. Great communication, great service, great updates on potential services you could get without the high pressure sales pitch (which I appreciate), fast friendly service. My only complaint (and less a complaint than an acknowledgement that they are good and everyone in the area knows it) is that it isn't bigger/more techs, as you have to plan well in advance to get in as they are in high demand!

I want to thank you and Julie (your current service manager and someone that really did try to fix a problem that ended up having no good solution) and others for your efforts to try to repair my 2005 Chevy Colorado. You can only imagine my extreme disappointment after waiting for close to a year, working with multiple service managers, receiving promises and analysis as to what step to do next for a fix that did not work, you not being able to get it running again, and ending up me putting well over $4500 into a process that resulted in failure. This experience is a wake-up call that sometimes a person needs to get a second opinion before moving forward putting funds into a bad idea. The final solution of donating the 2005 truck to charity for a tax deduction of $500 gives me the only sense of finality and some satisfaction to what turned out to be a very financially poor blunder. It would be nice to see Amery Chevrolet somehow monetarily showed me some sort of empathy from their part. Perhaps with a free oil change or two or just a letter taking ownership for not getting the job done that resulted with a long-time customer taking a major part of the financial burden. I appreciate you asking for my feedback and understand you can’t always be 100% successful with the service that you give to your customers, but somehow, I guess I expect better from the Amery Chevrolet dealership based on my earlier experiences. They brought the car in the same day I stopped to discuss what work I needed and ran diagnostics on the Adaptive Cruise Control System. They scheduled me for the next day and Mason gave it a good check. He found that the distance module was not working. The part had to be ordered and came in the next day. After changing out the defective module and calibrating the system, the Adaptive Cruise Control syatem works like new. I'm very pleased with the over all experience.

All the work requested was done in a timely and efficient manner. The Service Advisors were very good at their jobs and we discussed each item, what it might cost, and any additional items that I should consider to make the job complete, such as add a front end alignment to the tie rod replacement to avoid tire wear from the tie rod removal/replacement.

I took the car in to fix a oil leak. After close to paying $1000.00 to fix a leak that they never fixed. I have now been told that I need to replace the engine again. The engine has been replaced once by them and only had 22,000 miles on the new engine. I lost trust in this dealer and they will be losing my business. I was think of purchasing a new car this year but I'm currently looking at other dealership that has better service relationships.

Always outstanding customer care at Amery Chev. I didn't catch the customer service agent's name that assisted me, but he was excellent. Brought my air filters out to the waiting area to show me how filthy they were and gave me the option to replace them. It's quite helpful to have the visual to see just how dirty they are. And it's much appreciated to have the option versus a high pressure pitch to add more cost to my oil change. Love Amery Chev, that's why I keep returning.

Your tech/service person stated that my taillight wiring harness was bad do to corrosion even though there was no visible corrosion. They put dielectric grease on the bulb connections and then said the wiring was corroded. I had the bulbs out twice before bringing my truck to the dealership and could see no sign of corrosion on the connection. I believe that the harness should have been thoroughly examined to ensure that was in fact corroded as opposed to a broken wire or failed connection even if corrosion is a common event, by simply stating it was corrosion it voids any warranty claim, great for you, not so much for me.

In general I was satisfied with the service and staff. I don't like the usual loud TV volume in the waiting area. It's distracting and the channel is not interesting. Besides most people are consumed on their cellphones, and pay no attention to the TV. Turn it off! After an oil change I can bet one or more driver floor mats will have a greasy mechanic footprint. I don't like cleaning them my self. I've had them cleaned in the detailing department, but usually the wait is long.

The extended warranty company was a bit underwhelming and made things a bit hard but Sasha in the service department was most excellent to work with. She made sure everything was taken care of in this situation and more accommodating than what I have experienced in the past. She was in constant communication, answered questions and even delivered a loaner to me while my vehicle was down and out. She was very friendly and understanding. The only issue was that it took 2 hours and 10 minutes to do an oil change, rotate tires and put two new filters in. That is way to long for that amount of work!

My bill was $105 they charged my credit card $108. I was told everything looks good, no diagnosis paper on tire tread, fluids checked/filled. OnStar sent me a notification about servicing my antilock brake system, no mention of it by advisor or mechanic. Johnson Motors compiled a list of like 6 things that were leaking or was minor concern a few months ago. Not one mention of any of it.
