I have been coming there for service ever since I bought my car there. Amery Chevrolet is like family to me. Very friendly and treat me like they care. My last visit was for an oil change and told me that my brakes needed attention so I had them take care of that for me.

Salesman "Robert" is always very friendly and inquiring if we need anything he can help with. Gal checking me in was very knowledgeable and helpful

We were told that the reason some of the issues we had with our enclave was because we needed new spark plugs. After $500+ for spark plugs, we still have the issues. This happened after the bad experience with the warranty company only partially fixing the transmission problem. If this car would have shifted when I test drove it like it does since they “fixed” it, I never would’ve bought it. When we pay the money for a warranty, we feel it should cover what’s wrong and fix it to working correctly. Very disappointed. I’ve let Sasha know since right after they fixed it that it wasn’t shifting correctly. They said that a car has to be “reminded” how I drive and that it should get better. I’ve reported back to her numerous times since that it hasn’t. She said that she’s contacted the warranty company and they won’t do anything. We have asked her again, and said that we will drive the car with them when they come so they can see how terrible it drives. This has to be resolved before the warranty expires, because then that will be their excuse.

After service was done I was told everything looked good and in the green so After I got home I read what was done and it driver rear shock blown out and has alot of play up and down and fails bounce test would recommend replacing both rear soon. Also filter housing gasket leaking oil. WTH!! Why wasn't this brought to my attention. Everything is marked in the green!!

As usual my driver side floor mats showed foot prints. Reset tire pressure monitor system after tires rotated alert came on when I drove away. Apparently that wasn't reset. Service person said to come back next week as couple of batteries may be bad. After hour of waiting for oil change/tire rotation/battery test I asked service person if my vehicle was done. It was but I wasn't told it was. What a waste of time.

The only issue was that it took 2 hours and 10 minutes to do an oil change, rotate tires and put two new filters in. That is way to long for that amount of work!

My bill was $105 they charged my credit card $108. I was told everything looks good, no diagnosis paper on tire tread, fluids checked/filled. OnStar sent me a notification about servicing my antilock brake system, no mention of it by advisor or mechanic. Johnson Motors compiled a list of like 6 things that were leaking or was minor concern a few months ago. Not one mention of any of it.
